HAPPY NEW YEAR !
With a raised glass in one hand, I write this morning … to celebrate each of you and the promise of an amazing coming year. Hopefully your celebrations last night and into this morning were not only safe but were also exciting, spectacular, and memorable. I can hardly believe that 2009 is already here and we are looking at all the great possibilities before us – there just for the taking! No resolutions for me this year. I seem to break them before the first day is even half over!
Instead I am focused on returning to the Amazon later this year and will be over the top excited when the opportunity presents itself. To touch lives, deliver some smiles and laughter. What more could a girl ask for?????
Make it a FANTASTIC year. I look forward to keeping in touch with all you – hearing the stories of your lives.

Awww—I just ‘tuned in’ to your blog after writing you an e-mail, but I have to speak my piece—as you know all too well——but it is good. Love the ‘feel’ of your commmentary and as for resolutions—those don’t need to be made when you are focused on the present—the future always seems to do it’s thing and making resolutions just seem to dimimish your efforts—no sense in setting one up for disappointment the first resolution is usually broken. Yes, no more resolutions for me either—decided that last year and because of that, I have accomplished more than I thought I could.
It is called GOD’S POWER and He is always surprising me with HIS Grace.
Thanksssssss for being my gift from the POWER that is—-that alone is all that is necessary.
